Cole is 9 Months Old!

Today Cole celebrates is 9 month birthday! He has been doing so great! He eats lots of different foods, his favorites are still apples :) We weighed him last night and he is tipping the scales at 19 pounds. Who would have thought that our 3 lb 13 ounce baby would grow so big so fast!

Some GREAT Customer Service!

I just wanted to take a minute to give some praise to a couple different baby product companies.

Summer Infant - The Summer Infant company has been wonderful! About 6 months ago our Summer Infant video monitor had a glitch, the company immediately sent out a new monitor which we have had no problems with. They also sent out a new toy for Cole as an additional way to apologize for the inconvenience! This company also covers the Carters brand, which is the brand of our high chair. We have a small issue with a snap that hold the shoulder strap to the high chair (it won't stay snapped) - - -so Summer Infant/ Carters is sending out a whole new high chair!!

KidCo - Since we travel so much we have a KidCo "Go-Pod" that goes everywhere with us - AMAZING! We have had it for about 6-8 weeks and noticed a small area where the canvas is pulling. Not a huge deal, but I figured I would inquire to see if they sell replacement canvas tops - - and they are sending me a whole new Go-Pod. With customer service like this I will definitely be looking into the KidCo PeaPod travel bed as well!!

These two companies have such wonderful customer service, which is rare to find. If you need baby/ child products I really recommend purchasing items from these companies, you will not be disappointed!

Cole is 8 Months Old!

Pumpkin Patch

Tonight Cole took his first trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

Cole has TWO teeth!

Last night we noticed a second tooth has come in! Now Cole has both bottom front teeth :)

This morning we noticed that Cole's first tooth has broken through :) It is his front, bottom, left tooth!

7 Months

Yesterday Cole officially hit the 7 month mark. He is getting so big and growing up so fast!
Cole is currently enjoying swim lessons (Swim America Fresno) on Tuesdays and music class at Music Together Fresno-Clovis  on Wednesdays.

Swim Lessons!

Today Cole started Swim Lessons!! He is swimming at Swim America, which is a year round, indoor swim school. He LOVES the water!!

Here is a little video from one of the swim "drills". We sing a song about a turtle and get to the end and knock the turtle over.

And yes . . . . . I do seem to hold my breath when Cole goes under water :)

Dancing to the Music

Last night was our second time going to Concert in the Park. Cole really likes the music and loves to dance away! As soon as the music stops he calms down and waits for the next song.

Eating in his "Big Boy" Chair

Now that Cole is eating solid food more often, he gets to sit in his "Big Boy" chair instead of on our laps to eat. He LOVES his fruits and veggies!! His favorites are carrots, peas, apples and bananas (he loves apples and bananas!). He is not a fan of sweet potato, but if you mix in a little apple he will eat it :) Cole started eating "solid" food at 4 months, as his pediatrician recommended. We have been going very slow, introducing each food for a whole week at a time to make sure he has no allergies and had only been giving him his solid foods once a day. Now that he is 6 months old he can have as much solid food as he wants! We make all of his food ourselves, its so easy!!

I can't believe that it has already been 6 months since Cole was born! Time has just been flying buy!!

On Sunday Cole took his first trip to the beach!! We went to Moss Landing, ate a yummy dinner and played in the sand :)

Day at the Park

This afternoon we spent some time at Woodward Park. It gave us a chance to complete a couple of our "adventures" for the Capture California contest and gave us a chance to spend a nice afternoon outside while the weather wasn't too hot.

Cole just learned how to stick his tongue out and he is doing it all the time. Maybe we shouldn't have laughed so much the first time he did it . . . we may have created a monster!

Cole is 5 Months Old!

Last Saturday Cole officially turned 5 months old! That same day was his Baptism. We haven't downloaded all of the photos yet, but here are a couple from my phone.
